Our vision is simple: Edgewood exists to help people begin the journey with Jesus, grow in relationship with Him, and serve the world.

How we see the vision:

  • Pastor Doug Langford

    Lead pastor
Pastor Doug was raised in Illinois and Connecticut, in a home that really didn’t believe in God.  In spite of that, he came to know Christ personally at the age of 17.  That moment was the beginning of an entirely new direction for his life.  Doug attended Greenville College for 2 years and then finished school at Gordon College in Massachusetts.  He sensed God’s call to preaching and pastoral work while at Greenville.  After college, he attended Asbury Theological Seminary, where he met his wife Sharon who was attending Asbury College across the street.  They have 2 great children, Nicole and Dylan, and have been pastoring in the Free Methodist Church since 1990.  They made Rochester their home in 2011.

  • Pastor Tom Kilburn

    Pastor of Discipleship and Outreach
Pastor Tom is the second of 6 boys who began life in Buffalo, NY and then moved to Western PA.  He received a scholarship to Temple University to play football and graduated with a degree in Education and Urban Recreation.
